Lovely little cottage in a convenient location. The owner, Aoife, was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The cottage was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the cozy turf burning fire and the powerful showers. we had a wonderful stay at High Road Cottage and would recommend it to others.

Lovely little cottage, very comfortable. The owner, Aoife, was helpful and made us feel at home. Free wifi and central heating were available, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe space. The location was excellent, just a short drive to beautiful beaches and nearby villages. Many restaurants in the area and Aoife provided helpful information on what to do in Achill.

I loved the fact that I could watch cable TV and movies on the flat-screen TV while enjoying the scenic sea views from the comfort of the cozy High Road Cottage. Cooked up a storm with the well-equipped kitchen!
Oh, and who needs towels, right? It's so much fun sharing 4 small towels between 4 people for 3 nights, especially when they advertised towels included!
